TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment must be sent in its entirety before the creative process begins.
Accepted methods are: Pix or PayPal (the former with an additional of 8% over the total sum to cover the site fees).
For commissions outside of Brazil, all payments must be done through PayPal, with the additional 8% fee.
Backing down on a commission will not be allowed once the payment has been sent. Extreme situations must be talked through but can be subjected to a fine.

By purchasing my services you agree to use the art only as what it's intended to: non-commercial use of 'emotes' and 'sub badges' on streaming services and Discord.
If you wish to use my art on merchandising or other goal it must be discussed and agreed upon through new royalty fees or buying the rights to distribute.
I still own the full rights of my art, so any alterations must also be agreed upon.
Brazilian clients must sign a Copyright contract sent through email.

Sketching phase will always take longer than lineart and coloring because it envolves reaserch, reference gathering and, in my personal experience, 80% of the creative work.
Alteration requests made after a milestone (sketching; lineart and coloring; and delivery) can be subjected to an extra fee.
Due to high demand, complexity and/or quantity, the deadline can be extended. Although in average it takes about 30 days starting from payment and can be delivered sooner.
